Kelsea Ballerini Rocks GMA

Kelsea Ballerini performed her hit single "Peter Pan" on Good Morning America on Aug. 19 for their 2016 Summer Concert Series. "Peter Pan" has an official RIAA certification of over 500,000 sales and streams in the U.S. alone, and has surpassed 19 million streams on Spotify worldwide.

She followed "Peter Pan" by performing her No. 1 debut single "Love Me Like You Mean It" for GMA's live studio audience. The two singles come from Kelsea's critically-acclaimed debut album "The First Time."

Metropolitan Fashion Awards Nominees Announced

Nominations for Metropolitan Fashion Week's Metropolitan Fashion Awards honoring outstanding achievements in fashion and costume design in motion pictures, television, and live performance were announced this week by MFW Founder Eduardo Khawam. The winners will be revealed during the Metropolitan Fashion Week's Closing Gala on Saturday, October 1 at Warner Bros. Studios. The Metropolitan Fashion Awards categories include Costume Designer of the Year (Motion Pictures), Costume Designer of the Year (TV), Costume Designer of the Year (Live Performance), Celebrity Stylist of the Year, Fashion Program of the Year, Fashion Commentator of the Year, Fashion Blogger of the Year and Outstanding Ensemble for Make-Up Artists and Hair Stylists on a single program.

In a special presentation, Cirque Du Soleil Las Vegas will receive the 2016 Metropolitan Fashion Excellence Award for their outstanding work in costume design. In addition to the Awards, the Gala will showcase a unique, exclusive runway show featuring over 150 one-of-a-kind avant-garde costumes and couture evening gowns, created by national and international celebrity costume and fashion designers. PUMA Taps Young Thug

Hip hop artist Young Thug fronts PUMA's fall/winter 2016 Classics campaign.

Jamel Shabazz photographed Young Thug around Bedford-Stuyvesant in Brooklyn in a range of matching velour tracksuits, tees, bombers and hoodies complemented with the brand's Suede, G. Vilas and Sneakerboot shoe designs.



NARS Introduces Velvet Lip Glide

NARS Cosmetics has revealed its latest product offering, Velvet Lip Glide. The lip color, available in 13 shades and priced at $26, includes NARS Cosmetics' Oil Infusion Complex, allowing for the ease of a gloss with the coverage and comfort of a lipstick. Hues include deep burgundy Deviant, poppy red Mineshaft and nude pink Unlaced.

Velvet Lip Glide is available from Sept. 6 at Sephora.com, Sept. 15 from NARS Cosmetics boutiques, and October 1 elsewhere.

Calvin Klein Confirms Raf Simons as Chief Creative Officer


Calvin Klein has confirmed the appointment of Raf Simons as Chief Creative Officer.

The Belgian fashion designer will lead the creative strategy of the label across all of its lines including Calvin Klein Collection, Calvin Klein Platinum, Calvin Klein, Calvin Klein Jeans, Calvin Klein Underwear and Calvin Klein Home. He will also manage and oversee all of the design, global marketing and communications and visual creative services, with his first collection debuting for fall 2017.

Additionally, in line with Simons' appointment, which marks the implementation of the brand's new global creative strategy, the label has appointed Pieter Mulier as Creative Director.
