The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge took Prince George to watch an air show on Friday, July 8, but the normally well-behaved toddler could be seen throwing a major temper tantrum shortly after his arrival.
The trip was the first time George, who turns three in two weeks, has joined his parents on an official engagement in the UK. The Air Tattoo is an annual event held at RAF Fairford in Gloucestershire.
The reason for the visit was to mark the 75th anniversary of the RAF Air Cadets. The Duchess has been the Cadets' Honorary Air Commandant since last winter when Prince Philip turned that role over to her.
As reported by the Daily Mail, the young Prince looked adorable in navy shorts and a white T-shirt with his customary Start Rite shoes.
However, not long after the family made their way to the show the noise and excitement got to Prince George and he broke out in a fit of crying. The two-year-old was swept up into his mother's arms.
The tiny prince was given a pair of bright blue "ear defenders" and then he seemed to settle down and enjoy himself.

As for Kate's outfit, she wore her blue Stella McCartney Ridley dress styled with a navy blazer by Smythe. According to WhatKateWore, the jacket was first seen as Kate was heading to Canada for the 2011 North American tour; it was worn to several Olympic events in 2012 and at a SportsAid engagement in October 2013.
Kate wore the dress in 2012 at a function at the National Portrait Gallery; during the Olympic Games; when the Cambridges arrived at the Canberra airport during the 2014 tour; and also at the Commonwealth Games in July of 2012.
She accessorized with Kiki McDonough Lauren earrings and a head band. She wore nude pumps from LK Bennett.
