"Dancing with the Stars" may not release their official list of which stars are competing on season 22 on "Good Morning America," but that hasn't stopped the show from leaking a contestant or two, including one of their own, a huge "DWTS" show fan!

Reportedly chief meteorologist Ginger Zee will commute between New York City and Hollywood, California to compete on the long-running reality dance series.

She will be partnered with Val Chmerkovskiy, who won a mirrorball alongside Rumer Willis in season 20.

Zee and husband Ben Aaron recently welcomed their first son, Adrian, on December 20.

The meteorologist has been on maternity leave since that time and returns to the show on March 7, according to E! Entertainment, one day before contestants are revealed.

Also announced as a contestant was actress Mischa Barton, who will team up with Artem Chigvintsev, according to Entertainment Tonight.

Barton is best known for playing Marissa Cooper on The O.C. and has since appeared on The Beautiful Life: TBL and Law & Order: SVU. She will next star in the drama Deserted with Jackson Davis.

Barton and Zee join confirmed cast members, 'RHOA" star Kim Fields, "Fuller House" star Jodie Sweetin and Nyle DiMarco, the first deaf winner of "America's Next Top Model."

Season 22 will be the first season in almost 15 seasons of the show that Derek Hough will not be a competing pro dancer.

"Derek will always love Dancing with the Stars and the friends he's made through the show," a source told Us Weekly. "And the door isn't closed there. He'll always be a part of the family."

Also not returning is Hough's sister, Julianne Hough, to the judge's table.

Returning to the show is head judge, Len Goodman, after taking a season off to concentrate on his work on the British television series, "Strictly Come Dancing."

Dancing with the Stars will announce a full list of contestants March 8 on Good Morning America before returning for a 22nd season March 21 on ABC.
