There are celebrities who embrace their crooked smiles or gap teeth, such as, for example, Anna Paquin, who continues to look young partly because of that little gap between her two front teeth which reminds you of a toddler teething.

However, others have to have that perfect smile and Khloe Kardashian recently decided to go this route, as per Softpedia.

Of course, the braces Khloe Kardashian decided to go with aren't the old-fashioned metallic ones which America Ferrera bravely wears on "Ugly Betty" but invisaligns which are, well, invisible to the naked eye.

We looked up some recent photos of Khloe Kardashian but we didn't notice any flaws in her smile.

However, when you have a sister who is as beautiful and as much in the spotlight as Kim Kardashian, maybe you feel more pressure to look absolutely perfect?

According to Softpedia, Khloe Kardashian has even lost considerable weight by working out and dieting.

This photo show her five years ago, looking much heavier as opposed to the above photo which was taken recently.

Now, to get that extra edge, she's always having her teeth straightened.

Her dentist, Dr. Kevin Sands, said, "She happens to have one of the most beautiful smiles I've ever seen. But she's a perfectionist and so am I, so it was just something we knew we could do," as per The Huffington Post.

He added that we can expect to see Khloe go from "a 9.5 to a 12!"

In the recent photo of Khloe Kardashian, we really don't think she seems to need braces. What do you think? Feel free to comment below.
