Harrison Ford recently hinted that he might reprise his role as Han Solo in J.J. Abrams' "Star Wars Episode 7" film.
In an interview with ABC News, Ford said a simple "We'll see" when asked if he was going to star in the upcoming "Star Wars" sequel.
This is big news to fans that want the 70-year-old actor to come back on the scene.
This is the latest news surrounding past stars coming back to reprise their roles. It was reportedly that series creator George Lucas said that Mark Hamill (Luke Skywalker), Harrison, and Carrie Fisher (Princess Leia) would all be back to play their characters again since making the films famous in 1977.
"We had already signed Mark and Carrie and Harrison, or we were pretty much in final stages of negotiation - maybe I'm not supposed to say that. I think they [Disney] want to announce that with some big whoop-de-do, but we were negotiating with them," Lucas said in an interview with Bloomberg BusinessWeek, according to DNA India.
According to LatinosPost, "Star Wars Episode 7" is currently in pre-production with Kathleen Kenny producing.
"Being Human" actor Sam Witwer recently dished that he would love to play a part in the upcoming film, parterened with Lucas Films and Disney.
"I would jump at the opportunity to simply audition [for Episode 7]." Witwer said. "Star Wars is something that I've been a fan of since I was a kid - I played all the video games and I grew up reading Star Wars books. Working on the franchise and getting direction from George Lucas - it's something that I never thought would take place." READ MORE HERE.
