(Photo : Hozier's "Someone New") "Mockingjay - Part 2" and "Game of Thrones" star Natalie Dormer recently revealed how she stays in fighting shape.

It seems like Natalie Dormer is always sprinting in her various roles on camera. In the April issue of Self magazine, Dormer discussed how she stays in shape, her training schedule, and a green juice obsession.

Dormer plays Margaery Tyrell in HBO's "Game of Thrones, and Cressida in the "Hunger Games" movies, both of which benefited from her workout dedication.

"In 'Mockingjay - Part 2,' I'm basically running around in heavy armor while carrying a semiautomatic rifle," she said in the interview. "I don't know how I would have kept up with [my costars] Liam Hemsworth or Sam Claflin if I hadn't been in the best cardiovascular shape of my life."

What was her secret to keeping in shape? The actress ran the streets of Atlanta during the day, and at night she managed to get in an hour-long interval workout, all the while filming 12 hours a day and training for the London Marathon.

"I actually look back on it now and think, 'F***ing hell, how did I do that?'" she said, adding that midday naps and some green juice helped her survive the intense schedule.

Another reason she was able to pull off such a tough schedule was the support she gained from crew members."This amazing thing happens where people come out of the woodwork. Suddenly someone in the camera department is giving you tips on nutrition, or the catering guy is giving you recipes," she explained.

Although she's enjoyed her recent success in both TV and film, the actress is ready to move on. She addressed rumors on an upcoming role in Captain Marvel in 2018, saying, "Obviously I'm aware of the rumors and my friends find it hilarious and wonderful, but I think they're a year off from writing that script."

"Game of Thrones" season 5 premieres April 12, 2015 on HBO and "Mockingjay - Part 2" hits theaters November 20, 2015.
