Kristen Stewart is willing to wait for Robert Pattinson any length of time while he is away doing work, and really wants the relationship to work.

Pattinson, 26, is currently in filming his new movie "The Rover" in Australia while Stewart is waiting for him back in Los Angeles.

According to HollywoodLife, the 22-year-old actress really misses him.

"Kristen is really missing Rob. Regardless of their 'romantic' relationship, they are still really good friends. That is something that won't change. Kristen is not ready to say goodbye to this relationship and will do whatever it takes to make it work," a friend of Stewart said.

"She is just being patient and spending a lot of time with her mom. Her mom has been very supportive and just keeps encouraging her to be true to herself and to keep things simple," the friend said.

Despite recent rumors that say the couple is not together and on a "trial separation."

According to E! Online, Stewart is missing her Edward who is thousands of miles away.

"She is counting down the minutes until he is home," a source told E! News, also revealing that the pair has been talking regularly and texting daily since Pattinson left.

"He loves her, but he wants to work, too-which is understandable," the insider added. "They are absolutely still together. They are totally fine."

The pair may even being having a baby soon because of how they interacted with the kids on "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 2" set.

The off-and-on-again couple recently won "best on screen kiss" and "best on screen couple" at the Empire Cinemas Alternative Movie Awards, according to Yahoo.

The duo was also really good with Mackenzie Foy, who played Edward and Bella's half-human, half-vampire child in "BD Part 2."

"They were amazing with her," director Bill Condon said. "It really brought something paternal out in Rob, and Kristen was especially protective. I'd have to interrupt them when they were in deep conversation to get going with a scene."
