"Beliebers" can breathe a sigh of relief because Justin Bieber and Ella-Paige Roberts Clarke are not an item, despite previous reports stating otherwise.

 Reports of a relationship between Bieber, 18, and Clarke, 17, spread after the two were spotted together at Justin Timberlake's post-Brit Awards concert last week. The rumors that the teen heartthrob had moved on to Clarke came just one night after he was spotted leaving a London nightclub with two girls.

The reports that the two teens were an item intensified over the past few days, with The Mirror writing that Bieber was trying hard to impress Clarke, sending a Rolls Royce to pick her up from her London home for their date.

However, the relationship may just be a fabrication of the media, as the young British singer has been disputing the reports via twitter, ABC reports.

Clarke began her twitter campaign on Sunday, retweeting a post that said, "justin's not dating ella paige, she's only an acquaintance."

Another retweet of Clark's read, "so I just read a newspaper article about exactly what you think i'm talking about and it was so ridiculously untrue I actually reeled. are they just allowed to invent things? so and so and so and so have gone public/official. Well, no. what? no."

Clarke further shot down the rumors when a fan tweeted than some of the singer's friends were claiming to the papers that she's out to get rich or famous by dating the "Biebz." The British singer tweeted, "they're not my friends those 'sources' were people I barely knew who wanted quick cash x."

With this latest information, it looks like Bieber isn't jumping into a new relationship just yet. These latest developments also serve to emphasize the latest reports surrounding the former couple. A recent report stated that Selena Gomez had reached out to Bieber because she was worried about the lifestyle path that her former flame was headed down.

The reports of Bieber partying hard in London with different girls, none of whom he is dating, would just serve to prove Gomez's point. The fact that Justin isn't dating any of the girls he has been with might also be a sign that the "Nothing Without You" singer isn't quite ready to give up hope on rekindling his romance with Gomez, 20, just yet.
