Rihanna and Chris Brown Wedding Plans: Couple's Reported Ideas for Late July Ceremony Include "Tattoo Artists, Fire Breathers and a Near-naked Waitstaff"
Rihanna and Chris Brown have already had one of the wildest Hollywood romances ever, so it should come as no shock that the couple's wedding plans would be just as eccentric.
Hollywood Life reports that a source told Star magazine that Riri and Brown, "want tattoo artists, fire breathers and a near-naked waitstaff. They're even talking about having pre-rolled joints at the reception." The source added that the wedding, which will reportedly happen in Barbados in late July, would be, "all about swagger, bling and sin.
This latest reports continues the roller coaster relationship of Brown and Rihanna. To recap, the couple ended their relationship back in 2009 after Brown was charged with domestic assault in an attack that left Rihanna's face cut up. Brown took heavy public criticism and it seemed that the two were done for good.
Things changed last year when the two were spotted in public together last year. Rumors began to fly that the couple had rekindled their romance and that Brown would leave his girlfriend at the time, Karrueche Tran. The two addressed the rumors as being just that, but speculations continued to surface.
As 2012 began to dwindle, it became increasingly clear that the two were a couple again and that Tran would become the odd man out. The singers officially made their relationship public again when they attended the 2013 Grammy together. In addition, Rihanna was seen wearing a diamond ring at the awards ceremony, and questions of whether the two were engaged surfaced.
However, things soured a week later when Brown and Rihanna reportedly had a fight over his partying with Tran. Both Brown and Rihanna attended the Playhouse Nightclub, but neither knew that the other would be there. Rihanna declined to be seated next to her boyfriend and demanded to be seated elsewhere. They spent the night ignoring one another from opposite sides of the room. Things seemed even worse when the couple spent Valentine's Day apart.
However, the couple was seen spending Rihanna's 25th birthday together on a beach in Hawaii. They were heavy on the PDA and appeared to have reconciled. Rihanna was also wearing the same ring that she had on during the Grammy Awards.
If the reported wedding takes place, the stars will only want to celebrate with those who truly believe in their love. The source said about the wedding, "They want to celebrate their relationship with people who believe Chris has changed."
This leaves one thing for sure; Seth MacFarlane surely won't be invited to the ceremony. The "Family Guy" producer joked on the couple at the Oscars saying, "[Django Unchained] is the story of a man fighting to get back his woman, who's been subjected to unthinkable violence. Or as Chris Brown and Rihanna call it, a date movie."
