Kate Middleton can't seem to hide from the paparazzi while she's trying to get some privacy, and royal palace isn't pleased with the latest photos of her pregnant belly, showing her baby bump.

According to the Huffington Post, the set of photos showing the Middleton's baby bump will be published by Italian gossip magazine Chi, the same magazine that printed pictures of the Duchess of Cambridge topless and changing her bikini bottom back in September.

"We are disappointed that photographs of the Duke and Duchess on a private holiday look likely to be published overseas. This is a clear breach of the couple's right to privacy," a spokesman from the palace said.

According to Mirror, the pregnant Dutchess of Cambridge was pictured wearing a skimpy bikini, clearly showing her baby bump on "one of the world's most private islands." [SEE PHOTO]

"They could fetch more than £250,000 if touted around the world," the report said. That's around $392,000.

The new photos show pregnant Middleton, 31, walking in the surf with her husband Prince William, taken by the Sunday People. Some of the photos show Middleton's sister, Pippa, also in a bikini.

"This is unfortunate," a royal aide told the newspaper. "They get absolutely no privacy whatsoever."

According to Marie Claire, the four-month pregnant Duchess took time out from her royal duties and enjoyed one last relaxing holiday before returning to work.

"William and Kate have been sunning themselves on the exclusive island of Mustique, in a secluded villa, which costs a whopping £19,000-a-week to rent," the magazine reported of the romantic vacation. "According to reports, their posh holiday pad is adorned with Balinese-style antiques and artwork, and is surrounded by a serene pond and lush green gardens."

The "hideaway" also featured a 64-foot infinity pool and a swanky sun deck, games room and stunning views out onto the sea. [SEE VILLA PHOTOS]

The royal mother-to-be also was snubeed from BBC Radio's 4's first ever Woman's Hour top 100 list, which named the 100 most powerful women in the U.K., calling her "influential" but not "powerful," according to E! Online.

"Inevitably not everyone will agree with our 100," journalist Eve Pollard said of Duchess. "There are some omissions. For example, we had long debates about the Duchess of Cambridge."

"Is she influential? Hugely. Is she powerful? Not yet," the former newspaper editor added.

"Most women on our list have power because they have reached a place where they have control-of policy, of direction, of influence, of staff," she explained. "The panel also included some women who have soft power-the ability to transform the way we think about ourselves."

E! doesn't agree with the decision, saying, "In this royal case, we'll agree to disagree."
