Kim and Kourtney Kardashian stopped by the "Late Show with David Letterman" to promote their new season of their E! reality show "Kourtney and Kim Take Miami." While dishing on their personal lives, Kourtney expressed her true feelings about Kim's soon-to-be ex-husband Kris Humphries.

Kim, of course spoke about her pregnancy with beau Kanye West, but Letterman couldn't help but ask the question that was on everyone's mind: What's going on with that divorce? The pregnant 32-year-old is still legally married to Humphries and will mostly give birth with him still as her husband. The Nets baller refuses to settle because he wants Kim to admit that the marriage was a fraud - a publicity stunt for her other series "Keeping Up with the Kardashians."

Letterman asked Kim when she was going to "wrap up" that drawn-out divorce and she responded, "I'm trying and it's a process. I've been trying for almost two years now to wrap it up but it's hard."

"I don't really know [what he wants] 'cause even if we got an annulment - I would love to give him one but then that would make - the only legal way to get an annulment is if fraud were involved, so that's what's tricky, " Kim explained. "So he is suing me for an annulment based on the fact that I frauded him into marrying him for publicity. The only way to get an annulment is if one person was frauded [sic]."

When the host asked Kim if fraud was actually involved in the marriage, the reality star answered, "Not in my case, no."

Kim is truly a publicity queen and has a knack for elegantly responding to controversial topics concerning her personal and family life. She defended herself without really insulting her estranged husband. However, Kourtney had a much sassier response to the whole situation.

The snappy reality star defended her younger sister saying, "But I think if she was going to do it for publicity, she'd pick someone that people knew."

Can you say low blow? Letterman felt the burn and shouted, "Ouch!" Kim could not contain her laughter.
