Shakira's baby bump is growing bigger and bigger each day. The beautiful Colombian singer uploaded a black and white photo of her bare belly onto her Facebook page. In the romantic snapshot, Shakira flaunts her huge pregnant belly in a bikini top and skirt; she and her shirtless boyfriend Gerard Pique embrace their soon-to-be born son.

"We'd like to celebrate the imminent birth of our first child with all of you. #babyshower" the 35-year-old entertainer tweeted, along with the pic. Unfortunately, that tweet did not suggest that you are actually invited to her real baby shower. Her Facebook caption was much more descriptive: "The countdown begins! And we'd like to invite you to participate in our world baby shower joining efforts with UNICEF." The couple invites fans to a worldwide virtual baby shower for a charitable cause.

"To celebrate the arrival of our first child, we hope that, in his name, other less privileged children in the world can have their basic needs covered through gifts and donations," reads the invitation from Shakira and Pique. "Thank you for sharing this unforgettable moment with us."

The virtual shower will help UNICEF -one of Shakira's favorite charities - save the lives of babies. Upon entering the website, a YouTube video of the beautiful couple pops up. Shakira and Pique explain their mission in Spanish with English subtitles. In the video, Pique, who embraces the mother of his child, says "In lieu of receiving gifts for our baby as a traditional shower, we would like to offer support for babies who live in conditions of extreme poverty throughout the world."

Shakira adds, "Thanks to all of you, they will receive in the form of inspired gifts, Therapeutic Food packets, vaccines, and rehydration salts which will help save the lives of hundreds and thousands of babies throughout the world."

The interactive shower features a sketched out living room with clickable items. The "inspired gifts" start from $5 which can buy a mosquito net to help prevent a child from getting malaria, to $110 which is for life-saving Therapeutic Food, a peanut-based paste that can save an acutely malnourished child.

 "Every expectant parent around the world shares all the same hopes and dreams for their children that we do," said Shakira in the press release. "Yet many don't share the same opportunities. Together we know we can change that."

 The singer, who announced her pregnancy in September, has worked with UNICEF for ten years as one of the charity's Goodwill Ambassadors and her latest efforts revolves around children.
