Amanda Seyfried in her glamorous gown turned heads as she made her stunning red carpet debut at Les Misérables premiere in London Wednesday night.

The 27-year-old blonde beauty pulled off a futuristic flamenco gown by Balenciaga. The ruffled black dress is accented by white underlay, and its peplum design accentuated her curves.
The plunging neckline showed off Seyfried's ample cleavage, and the ruffles added glamour and volume to her slim frame.

The "Mamma Mia!" star completed her look with side-swept curls and smoky eye makeup.

Anne Hathaway, who plays Seyfried's mother in the film, also made a daring fashion choice, rocking a backless pearl Givenchy gown. The floor-length dress revealed the 30-year-old actress' toned body following her 25 pounds weight loss for the film.

Les Misérables stars Hathaway as Fantine, a factory worker who later turns into a prostitute who sells her hair to feed her daughter. As a result of the shave, Hathaway sported pixie cut even at her wedding to Adam Shulman.

Amanda Seyfried plays Cosette, Fantine’s daughter, who falls in love with a revolutionist.

"My first day of shooting was with Annie. So I was able to extract some of her essence, so I could infuse it into Cosette," Seyfried praised Hathaway for helping her to get into the role, according to the New York Times.

"She gave me such sensitivity and warmth, this maternal kind of grace that I realized then that you needed to recognize in Cosette. It was really helpful," said Seyfried.
