"For the past three years we have focused our work broadly on combatting child sex trafficking. It has become crystal clear in our efforts that technology plays an increasingly large role in this crime and in the sexual exploitation of children overall," Moore, 50, and Kutcher, 34, Co-Founders, of THORN, said. "We believe that the technology-driven aspect of these crimes demands its own attention and investment."

The exes, who wed in September 2005, started their foundation together in 2010. In November 2011, Moore announced her decision to end the marriage.

Though it's been close to a year now that Moore and Kucther separated and ended their six years of marriage, they are not yet divorced and so technically Moore is still Kutcher's wife. So it is but obvious that Moore feels cheated when only months after the separation, Kutcher was pictured holding hands and kissing with ex co-star Mila Kunis.

In the new issue of People magazine, Moore's inner circle says she is "jealous and frustrated," and "she's not in a good frame of mind."

"Breakups are hard in general, and it's hard to see that somebody that you loved and you shared a life with has moved on so easy, when you haven't," New York relationship expert Siggy Flicker said. "It's a little bit of a crush to the ego, but she [Moore] can survive this."

"The moment that he and Demi announced their split, he was sort of having this wild party-boy stage," People magazine reporter Carlos Greer said. "But he kind of toned that down quickly and he and Mila seem to be very serious."
