Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez broke up a week ago, according to Fox News. While Twitter fans are lamenting their sad break up, Justin Bieber fans girls are also delighted that their favorite heart-throb is now on the market.

News of Justine Bieber and Selena Gomez having problems in their relationship has been going on for some time now. However, time and again the couple has come forward to say they were just rumors and the two are still together. Earlier in September, when there was a strong rumor that the couple had actually called it quits, friends of the duo reported to many tabloids that the duo had broken up many times in the past but have always found their way back to each other after multiple fights.

However, PEOPLE magazine confirms that the couple has finally called their two year long relationship quits after E! News first reported the split. According to reports, the two were unable to cope with their crazy and busy schedules so they decided to part ways. A source also reportedly told PEOPLE that Gomez broke up with Bieber a week back and according to the source, Schedules weren't the problem. The source tells the magazine that Gomez has been having some trust issues with Bieber for some time now.

"She broke up with him about a week ago," a source tells PEOPLE. "With them being apart so much it got complicated. She had some trust issues. It's not easy, but the relationship needed to end."

However, a report on E! News, who first reported the split news, sources have told the tabloid that it was only their "crazy schedules" that has made them part ways as it was getting difficult to manage things between them.

"Because of their crazy schedules, it was getting harder and harder to maintain a relationship," the source says.

This comes as good news for many Bieber fans who weren't too happy with the idea of their favorite star dating Gomez in the first place and often took to the Internet to vent out their hatred and negative thoughts.

"It hurts, it really does," she once told Z100 radio in NYC. "I don't feel like I'm doing anything wrong. I've been best friends with him for a very long time. It does hurt my feelings a lot, but I try not to focus on it."
