Miley Cyrus went Nicki Minaj for Halloween, and she rocked it.

19-year-old Cyrus, who is often in the limelight for her unique fashion and style, was dressed as Nicki Minaj, one of few other celebrities known for equally eccentric style.

This Halloween will surely see many celebrity costumes, but Miley Cyrus' Nicki Minaj will surely compete for the best dressed.
Cyrus was dressed in a leopard bodysuit, and added some volume to her bottom, while donning a giant blonde wig, looking every inch "Starships" singer.

The 19-year-old fiancée of Liam Hemsworth finished off her Nicki Minaj look with bright pink lipstick and mismatched nails.

"@NICKIMINAJ you a stupppppiddddd hoe#stupittttstupitttt," Miley Cyrus tweeted off her Halloween festivity.

"Oh my god. She is the best Nicki Minaj impersonator I've seen in my life," Minaj, who is currently touring in London, praised Cyrus' creation on USA TODAY Wednesday.

"She's adorable!"

"Oh yeah, that little holiday that seems to be today," Minaj said.

"I'm in a hotel and about to leave to go and do a TV show. I didn't really get an outfit. I might pick up one later."

Why is she so laid back about Halloween? There is a good reason - because it makes no difference from any other day of the year.

 "I hate dressing up. I feel like every day is Halloween for me," Minaj said.
