"Kate confessed that she dressed up as me on her hen night, in a bodysuit and split trousers, and sang 'Fight For This Love,'" Cole writes of a song popular in the UK. Cole -- who was initially slated to appear on season one of Fox's X-Factor before Simon Cowell fired her -- explained that Prince William spilled the details to her at the Queen's Diamond Jubilee concert in June.
"She even learnt the dance routine and was step-perfect by all accounts, as her sister Pippa and brother James also came over and told me all about it,"
Recently, Middleton appeared in elegance while making solo visits in her official tour of the North East Wednesday.
Wherever she goes, the Duchess received praises for her fashion style. "She is such a brilliant role model and a true inspiration. She also carries herself beautifully, but is modest and at ease with the public," Megan Bartle, a Northumbria University student, told BBC.
"I like the way she mixes designer clothes with high street fashion and almost as if she is saying, 'I don't think I'm better than you'."
"We understand though, why William isn't here and seeing Kate in person is brilliant. She is so beautiful and good natured and will make a good queen," Mercy Scott, 67, said of Middleton.
"We travelled down to the palace last year to see Kate's wedding dress - it was exquisite and the lace was beautiful."
