After the huge blowout between Lindsay Lohan and her mother Dina Lohan, the troubled actress left her mother's Long Island home for Los Angeles.

According the Daily News, a source close to Lohan says the actress was eager to get away from her reckless mother.  The altercation occurred after Lohan requested her mother to pay back a $40,000 loan.  Lohan lent Dina the money to help save her $1.29 million suburban Long Island home from foreclosure. The argument started in the back of a limo, where Dina then held her daughter "hostage."  The pair eventually carried their argument -which then escalated into a fight - into Dina's Long Island home. Police were called to the residence and Lohan was heard screaming "[Mom] is on cocaine."

That same day, Lohan was spotted hugging her mother and other family members goodbye. The former Disney star left NYC for Los Angeles on a Thursday flight. The starlet is scheduled for a Beverly Hills product launch for ginseng-infused health drink, Mr. Pink - she has been promoting the drink via her Twitter for some time now. 

According to the source, Lohan is tired of being the primary provider for her family. The source also says that Dina is an enabler to the oft-rehab star. Lohan was partying with her mother (who, according to her daughter, was using cocaine) until the wee hours of the morning on Wednesday before their explosive fight.

The mother and daughter duo seemed to have forgiven each other since the blowout. After the hugs, Lohan tweeted, "Miss u @dinalohan," while she was traveling back to L.A.

Dina is refusing to talk to the press about anything that happened on Wednesday. Reporters flooded onto her property on Thursday with questions about the fight, her alleged cocaine use, and the details about her losing her home.

Lohan's team is also remaining mum about the drama.

Despite her never-ending trouble with life, Lohan is slowing making a comeback in her career. She stars in the highly anticipated Lifetime movie "Liz & Dick" which airs November 25. Lohan will also star in indie film "The Canyons," which will hit theaters next year. She also shot a cameo for the latest "Scary Movie."
