Sweet and innocent Taylor Swift gets a little risqué on the cover of Rolling Stone's annual "hot issue."  The country songbird channels her inner teen-angst in the vintage-80s-high school-looking cover. Swift graces the mag wearing a pair of barely there short shorts, a white tee, and an oversized letterman jacket (perhaps from the cute quarterback from 3rd period.)

Swift is now the reigning queen of the breakup anthems, as well as sprung sing-a-longs. Who else can go through the many emotions featured in her album other than a teenager? Rolling Stone dubbed the country star, "The Heart Break Kid."

Swift is definitely all about the heartbreak. Her failed relationships have landed her on the top of the charts with songs like "We Are Never Getting Back Together" and "Back to December."  What really makes her break-up songs so interesting is that we actually know who they are about. Each song is an excerpt of an unwritten tell-all memoir.  Swift's love history includes high-profile romances with Joe Jonas, Taylor Lautner, Jake Gyllenhaal, John Mayer and currently a kin of the Kennedy's, Connor Kennedy.

Her upcoming album "Red" will hit stores this month and will detail the rise and fall of her relationship with Gyllenhaal. The two dated for three-months. The actor called it quits because he felt the 22-year-old singer was too young for him.  They rekindled whatever was left for a brief moment earlier this year but eventually broke up for good - never ever getting back together.

"Red" also includes a track supposedly about Swift's biggest heartbreaker, Mayer. In her latest single "I Knew You Were Trouble," Swift sings about pursuing a relationship with someone despite the obvious red flags. Out of her long list of Hollywood beaus, Mayer is the most notorious. She previously penned him another heartbreak song, "Dear John," on her previous album. The new song, "I Knew You Were Trouble" features the lyrics, "A new notch in your belt is all I'll ever be/ And now I see, now I see, now I see/ He was long gone when he met me/ and I realize the joke is on me." Many are now speculating that the then-19-year-old singer lost her virginity to the famous womanizer and now regrets being just another woman he bedded.

Swift is currently head over heels in love with the son of Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
