Prince Harry is quite the hot topic these days. With scandalous flicks of him naked partying with Vegas girls, the Prince of Wales has earned himself some extra bad boy points. The infamous red head cleans up nice for a new photo, in which he is fully clothed. The royal highness covers Tatler's November issue as "Man of the Year."

"Dirty Harry" is the text sprawl across the cover of the prince dressed in white and gold militant garb. The handsome rebel sports a seductive glare and fancy decorations.
It seems that only Prince Harry could snag a cover and an increased fan base after a leaked naked photo scandal. According to the magazine, a survey reported that 59% of respondents had a higher opinion of the prince after the naked Vegas fiasco.
The 28-year-old joins his sister-in-law Kate Middleton as a royal that has covered Tatler. Pippa Middleton even got a cover shortly after the royal wedding. However, none of these covers have actually posed for the magazine. Remember when that one magazine actually drew Kate Middleton on their cover?
The last time the prince posed for a magazine was for a 2011 British GQ issue; he posed alongside wounded service personnel.
Tatler's "photographs were taken in the Bahamas when Harry visited as part of the tours undertaken by the Royal Family to make the Queen's Diamond Jubilee," according to Sky News.
The last time Tatler ever featured a male cover was 20 years ago, in 1992 with Harry's father Prince Charles.
The cover story features a six-page expose of the prince's life, from his military work to his wild Las Vegas weekend. The article also includes vintage photos of the prince when he was a child.
Tatler calls the 28-year-old, "the big-hearted warrior prince who, when he isn't flying an attack helicopter in Afghanistan, works tirelessly for his wounded fellow soldiers."
