Fans may be torn when it comes to supporting the reunion between the notorious couple Chris Brown and Rihanna, but those that matter the most to the stars are in full support.
Rihanna's father, Ronald Fenty, who once used to physically abuse her mother, supports his daughter's decision to allow Brown back into her life. He told In Touch his thoughts on the love drama and what he really thinks of Rihanna's true love.
Fenty revealed that he has "no problem" with the Chrianna reunion. In her candid interview with Oprah, Rihanna revealed that forgiving her father for what he did to their family helped her forgive Brown.
"I think everyone makes mistakes and they shouldn't be held to them forever," Fenty said of his daughter's former abuser. "Everyone should be forgiven once. There's a lot more to Chris than the whole world knows."
Fenty is also a superfan of the "Don't Judge Me" singer. He calls him "super-talented," highlighting that not only is Brown a musical performer but he is also very creative and talented at designing and drawing.
"I love Chris, man," Fenty gushed. "He's got so much charisma. And he's always had so much respect for me. That's what I love about him. He's always shown me respect."
The pop star's dad knows his daughter's heart very well. "I know they love each other. They always have," Fenty said. "She's happiest when she's around him, and as long as she's happy, I am happy and the whole world should be too."
Brown's mother, Joyce Hawkins, -- who's a former victim of domestic abuse by the hands of Brown's step father -- has made it no secret that she still has a special place for her son's famous ex-girlfriend. During the airing of Rihanna's Oprah interview, Hawkins began tweeting cryptic messages about revealing truths.
"NOT UNTIL YOU TELL THE TRUTH WILL YOU EVER BE FREE!!!!!! PEACE SOMETIMES COMES WITH A PRICE," she tweeted.
Hawkins' advice finally got through to her son months later, when he broke off his relationship with girlfriend Karrueche Tran in favor of pursing a "friendship" with Rihanna. Right after he made his decision, Brown tweeted, "Both r Free from it all!"
Hawkins spoke out about the conclusion of the drawn out love triangle. "ANGELS KEEP SMILING. YOU HAVE EVERY REASON IN THIS WORLD TO SMILE. TO ONE SPECIAL ANGEL DRY YOUR TEARS N PUT A SMILE ON THAT BEAUTIFUL FACE," she tweeted. She is known to refer to her son and Rihanna as angels; Tran obviously earned herself the title too.
Another avid supporter of the renewed love affair is the one person who helped break the news of the possibility - Oprah Winfrey.
The talk show queen sat down with Rihanna in August for a very revealing interview. Rihanna admitted to having a secret relationship with Brown over the years since the 2009 assault.
"Extra" caught up with Oprah on Friday and asked her for her take on the whole Brown and Rihanna love drama. The busy TV mogul seemed to have missed all the news and appeared to be shocked. However, Oprah says she isn't surprised.
"I don't know that that's true and no I'm not surprised," she told "Extra" in Houston, TX while shooting the "Oprah's Life Class" premiere with Pastor Joel Osteen.
Oprah, whose "Life Class" series focuses on spirituality and self-improvement, commends Rihanna's ability to forgive and have an open heart. She says Rihanna "learned a lesson that she was repeating with Chris Brown -- exactly what she needed to learn from her father."
Rihanna confessed that her main concern after the brutal assault was Brown's well-being. She felt bad that the press would judge him and "call him a monster." The "Diamonds" singer believes that Brown assaulted her because "he needed help" and she wanted to be the one to help him since no one else would.
"I think that if she is prepared to deal with that and is prepared to help him help himself then so be it," Oprah said of Rihanna's possible decision to reenter a committed relationship with Brown. "I have no judgment about it. [...] If that's how you choose to live your life, that's really ok."
Rihanna and Brown seem to have found confidence in each other. Brown, who usually deletes any tweets remotely suggesting anything about his personal life, has boldly posted a video detailing the dramatic love triangle. Rihanna has always been a slick-tweeting tough girl but now she seems surer of her feelings and decision. "God makes everything happen at the right time. Yet none of us can ever fully understand all he has done, and he puts questions in our minds about the past and the future," read the text in her Instagram post.© 2013 Fashion & Style.com All rights reserved.
