Cameron Diaz is 40, fit, and fabulous no doubt. The blonde actress strikes a seductive pose on the cover of the November issue of British Esquire.

In the pages Diaz dons sexy lingerie, cut-off denim shorts, a thin ripped white tee, and some sassy heels.  The spread, shot by the famous provocative photographer Terry Richardson, also features Diaz's spread legs.  The 40-year-old squats directly in front of the camera wearing nothing but teeny tiny underwear and shorts.

Between the sexy pages, Diaz opened up about her personal life. She loves getting older and she's not slowing down or settling down any time soon.

"For the first time in my life I'm content," she told  Esquire. "I'm so excited. Getting older is the best part of life. Like, I know more than I've ever known. I have gratitude. I know myself better. I feel more capable than ever. And as far as the physicality of it - I feel better at 40 than I did at 25."

Diaz also opened up about marriage. The Hollywood star is the ultimate single gal and she's perfectly find with that.  She says marriage "just wasn't the thing I was drawn to," "I certainly didn't want it in my 20s. Or my 30s. So we'll see." She continued, "For me, it's about living in this moment, the best that I can. [...] Contentment is about coming to terms with life as it is."

But who will carry on the cool bleach blonde legacy? The actress is open to the idea of having children. "There's still a possibility of that, I ain't that old," she tells the magazine. "Believe it or not, I'm feeling very ... capable."

Despite Diaz's undeniable tone and hot body, plenty of viewers did not appreciate the raunchy flicks. Readers on magazine's website said that the actress looked "desperate" and "trashy."
