Chris Brown's "Both r Free from it all!" tweet has finally been explained. The pop star has just released a statement to select media outlets confirming the breakup with him and Karrueche Tran:

"I have decided to be single to focus on my career. I love Karrueche very much but I don't want to see her hurt over my friendship with Rihanna. I'd rather be single allowing us to both be happy in our lives."

There you have it folks, the love triangle is finally over. After stringing along his non-famous girlfriend for nearly a year, Brown has chosen his friendship with Rihanna. 

Chris Brown and Rihanna have been inseparable this entire week. Their reunion began on Monday night after a hot and heavy hookup at the Griffin. Karrueche flew out to NYC, perhaps to stop the affair. Unfortunatley for her, she travelled all the way  to New York just to go back home single and heartbroken. 

Rihanna, who was Karrueche's sworn enemy, offers encouraging words - "Tough times don't last.... But tough people do!!! "
