When your daughter doesn’t get you beer, would you call 911?

That's what a Florida man did, resulting in his own arrest for his false report of a crime.

56-year-old Robert Hagerman called 911 claiming that his daughter was on drugs and physically abused him, and would not get him beer, according to Inquisitr.

The daughter, however, told police that Hagerman started to threaten her when she refused to buy him beer.

The threat recorded on her cellphone were turned into authorities, who also found Hagerman "very intoxicated and uncooperative" upon their arrival at his home in Seminole, Florida, Thursday night.

The 911 call ended up in Hagerman's own arrest for making a false report of a crime.

Hagerman was placed in jail on Friday under $150 bail.
