Miley Cyrus showed off her toned abs as she rocked her now signature platinum blonde bouffant at the iHeartRadio Music Festival in Las Vegas Friday night.

The 19-year-old engaged starlet flaunted her trim figure in a skimpy black crop top, while keeping modesty by a metallic silver high-waisted skirt. Cyrus completed her punk look with a golden Moschino belt and leopard print heels.

Miley Cyrus joined the event as a guest presenter, and was seen mingling playfully with many guests back stage, including Gwen Stefani and Jon Bon Jovi. The 19-year-old was also snapped with Korean rapper Psy, whose "Gangnam Style" went unstoppably viral online.

Cyrus’ slim figure has raised eyebrows, with many wondering whether she is suffering from anorexia.

According to Miley herself, her weight loss comes from a dietary allergy, as well as gluten-free diet.

“For everyone calling me anorexic, I have a gluten and lactose allergy. It's not about weight it's about health. Gluten is crapppp anyway!” Cyrus tweeted.

The former “Hannah Montana” starlet told a fan, “Everyone should try no gluten for a week! 'The change in your skin, physical and mental health is amazing.”

According to endless online buzz, Miley Cyrus has also gone untamable and wild in recent weeks, spotted drinking, smoking and donning some extremely skimpy outfits.

Cyrus shocked the world at the MTV Video Music Awards earlier this month, rocking platinum blonde Mohawks in a low-cut black gown with a plunging neckline and sheer panels revealed some skin.

In the previous weeks, Cyrus was seen drinking, smoking and even engaging in a hookah party with friends.

Some relationship woes were also brought up, due to her recent mystery tweets that stirred speculations about the health of her engagement with Liam Hemsworth.

“ever feel like you want just.... something more. not sure what exactly... passion perhaps?” the engaged singer tweeted off.

“sometimes i feel like i love everyone more than they love me. hatttte that feeling.”

Wow. That’s a quite self-absorbed notion. Does Miley Cyrus possess more love just because she thinks so?

Later Cyrus reconsidered her earlier wistful message.

“Thought of the day: maybe it's not that they love you less, they just love you the most they are capable of loving,” Miley Cyrus came to a conclusion.
