In Sunday night's season finale of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians," Kourtney Kardashian gives birth to her second child, baby girl Penelope Scotland Disick.

The entire birth was filmed and aired on the episode and has now sparked viewer outrage.

The Kardashian family has always been very open about their lives. From something as mundane as going to the dentist to serious and personal issues like marriage, divorce, infertility, and even child birth, the celebrity family shows it all.

In the birth footage, the 32-year-old Kardashian peacefully pushes out her daughter's head and pulls out the rest of the baby's body onto her breasts using her bare hands. Some found this moment beautiful while others found it grotesque and inappropriate for TV.

The video below has since gone viral. Viewers took to social media networks to express their disgust or admiration.

"Seeing as nothing is sacred to this family maybe next season we will see them going to the [bathroom]," one Twitter user wrote.

"Ew i just watch kourtney kardashian pull out her fetus," said a Twitter user.

"I don't have any issue with the birth video. It's a beautiful moment. What I do think is odd is having that many people in the delivery room," wrote commenter on Baby Center.

In the scene, the delivery room was packed with the whole Kardashian clan including Kourtney's longtime boyfriend and father of her children Scott Disick and her younger half-sister Kendall Jenner.

"It's about to happen, we're getting close. It's so calm, so peaceful and I can't wait to meet her," Kourtney's sister Kim said. Baby Penelope was delivered weighing in at 7 lbs. 14 oz., and her mother was overwhelmed with joy.

"It's such a magical feeling to stare at my baby girl. My baby girl is Penelope Scotland Disick and she is absolutely perfect," Kardashian said.

The new mother of two is not stranger to pulling out her own babies (on television); she also pulled out her son Mason in December 2009. A fan tweeted Kardashian, "just saw@KourtneyKardash have her baby on#KUWTK man she loves pulling out her babies :)," to which she responded, "Yes I do!"
