Lindsay Lohan is not happy about how Amanda Bynes escapes jail time after getting busted for drug possession and driving with a suspended license.

"Why did I get put in jail and a nickelodeon star has had NO punishment(s) so far?" tweeted the angry starlet. Lohan has suffered endless media scrutiny after being hit with legal woes. The fallen star has been in and out of the courtroom for drug use, DUI, reckless driving, and more. Lohan served 2 weeks in jail in 2010 after violating probation in her 2007 DUI case.  The 26-year-old  was also put in jail for the fifth time last year for another probation violation.

The LAPD impounded Bynes' car on Sunday. Last week, the out-of-control actress was photographed smoking marijuana in the front seat of her BMW 5-series sedan. It was the same car cops pulled her over on a suspended license and towed away.

Bynes was not arrested, although she lost her driving privileges August 25.  She was also arrested for DUI in April and charged with two alleged hit-and-run cases in April and August.

Lohan later changed her tune and shared her appreciation for her support before signing off. "These are the moments that I appreciate my life experiences, living without regrets and Disney for supporting me as an actress-night all," tweeted Lohan.

Bynes has been heading down a downward spiral of drugs and alcohol abuse in recent months. The former Nickelodeon child star is suspected of having serious mental issues. Bynes is due in court Sept 27 for hit-and-run cases.
