Kim Kardashian left little to the imagination on Friday, during a press appearance for her and her sisters' clothing line, Kardashian Kollection, at Sears in Yonkers, New York. Kardashian and her sisters Kourtney and Khloe color coordinated wearing black. However, Kim stood out wearing a black ultra-sheer button-up blouse, which bared ample cleavage in her also sheer black bra, and tight black leather skirt. The Kardashians posed for a photo with the Mayor of Yonkers, Mike Spano, who dubbed the day National Kardashian Sister Day. Maybe Kim's busty ensemble led to the proclamation.

The Kardashian trio met and greeted fans in honor of the Kardashian Kollection's first anniversary and the launch of their new plus size line, Kardashian Kurves.

After the celebration, Kim was faced with a less-than-happy situation. The 31-year-old reality star is the center of yet another controversy - this time it involves cancer. According to The Gaurdian, Kim compared the drama of her 72-day marriage to Kris Humphries to the pain of a cancer patient. The magazine quoted Kim saying:

"We had done filming our season at that point, so we decided to film for the wedding. And that was a decision that he [Humphries] and I made together. But I think that, with any decisions in life, like, I spoke to a girl today who had cancer and we were talking about how this is such a hard thing for her, but it taught her a big lesson on who her friends are and so much about life. She's 18. And I was like, that's how I feel."

The publicity queen caught a lot of heat for the comment and quickly defended her statement on her blog.
"I want to clear something up for you all, because it seems that something I said has been taken way out of context," she wrote. "In a recent magazine interview, I told of how I had called a female fan who was battling cancer, and she told me how she had watched the show and seen how I had faced my own struggles, and had been inspired by how I had found the courage to change a situation that was making me unhappy." She then explained why she compared her failed marriage to the deadly disease. "She told me [...] a lot of friends had deserted her, which is something I said I could relate to. In no way was I comparing my own experiences to that of a cancer patient. I was merely talking about how there are times in your life [...] when you find out who loves you enough to stand by you." Kim ended the message with a somewhat apology, "I would never want to offend or upset anyone who was battling cancer, or whose family members were battling or had passed away from cancer."
