In the fashion world, it's important to stay well-connected. Schmoozing and maintaining contacts isn't always the easiest thing to do, unless you're Kevin Bacon.  The award-winning actor has to be the most connected star in the world, according to Google's new tool - the Bacon number.

Google has launched a new tool called "the Bacon number." By typing in any celebrity's name followed by the words "Bacon number" into Google's search box, the tool will show the degree of separation between that celeb and Kevin Bacon.

Most results of various celebrities showed that Bacon had 2 or 3 degrees of separation (even with Snooki!). Impressive; yet it is expected for the star to know plenty other actors.  How connected is he in the fashion world.
