Supermodel Adriana Lima gave birth to a beautiful baby girl who has been named Sienna on Wednesday in New York City.

Adriana Lima gave birth to her second daughter Wednesday in New York city and the little bundle of joy has been named Sienna. Lima and husband Marko Jaric are very happy about the new addition to their family. "Marko and I are overjoyed to welcome Sienna into our family, and Valentina is looking forward to becoming a big sister," the model shared in a statement about Sienna, who was born at 1 p.m. and weighed in at approximately 7 pounds on arrival.

In March, Lima took to her twitter account to announce her pregnancy. This is her second daughter with Jaric.  Her other daughter Valentina was born last year.  "My favorite job in the world is being a mom! My family could not be more happy," she wrote.

In May Lima told People's magazine how she enjoyed being pregnant while she indulges in her unusual cravings. "It's very strange because I normally don't like beer. Now I want some, but I cannot drink it," the Brazilian beauty told the magazine. "I've been craving crispy duck. All of a sudden, I cannot get enough of it!"

In July, Lima created history after being the first pregnant women to feature in the Pirelli Calendar. Vanity Fair Italia has published a series of behind-the-scenes photos from the 2013 Pirelli Calendar shoot set. Most of the faces snapped by photog Steve McCurry are familiar, including Isabeli Fontana, Petra Nemcova and Liya Kebede.
