Victoria Beckham feels exhausted and like an "old bag' as she prepares for the New York fashion Week.

Victoria Beckham took to her Twitter account Saturday evening to post a hilarious picture of herself with an oversized bag over her head as she sits with her laptop preparing for the New York Fashion Week. Along with the funny photo, she wrote: 'After three hours sleep I feel like an old bag! x vb #NYFW'.

Getting to witness the humorous side of Beckham is a rare sight as the designer seldom even smiles. However, best friend Emma Bunton feels otherwise. She told Easy Living magazine earlier in the month: "You know, I know Victoria and she's brilliant fun, I love her to bits. She is one of the funniest women I know. She makes me howl with laughter.  And she's got a great pout. If I could pout like that, I would!"

Victoria Beckham is hard at work at her latest collection that will be displayed on the catwalk at the New York Fashion week. She tweeted yesterday: 'Its going to be a late night, still in fittings! Good night NY! X vb'

She told the New York Times, "For me, I lived in America, although I am British-born and my aesthetic is British... I admired US brands, and I wanted to follow the US model. It seemed like the right thing to do."

Beckham (who reunited with her Spice Girls bandmates last month for an unforgettable reunion performance at the Closing Games for the London Olympics) opened up to the New York Times about her flourishing career as a fashion designer.

"In a very humble way, I always had big dreams and ambitions for my brand," she said, adding that she wants to take the Victoria Beckham brand "from America to the rest of the world."
