Solange Knowles' ad campaign for Madewell finally made its debut. The soul singer was announced as the new face of the brand a few weeks ago. Knowles stars in the brand's ad campaign for the fall 2012 season.
Because of her hipster cool style, Madewell found Knowles to be the best spokesperson for this season's theme - "Mix Well. Madewell." The 26-year-old is an expert at mixing and matching, she's a fearless fashionista who always pushes the envelope by pairing wild prints or contrasting colors together. "Solange's great style mix-matched perfectly with Madewell's aesthetic." said the company. In the ad, Knowles does her best mixing. The songbird mixed polka dots with stripes and stripes with florals while pairing each look with denim.
This is Knowles' first major fashion campaign and surely won't be her last. You can get a free copy of the catalog at a Madewell store on September 4.
