Demi Lovato turned 20 on Monday, and received some love tweets from her celebrity friends.

The ex-Disney star turned “X Factor” judge will be joined by Britney Spears, Simon Cowell and L.A. Reid on the panel of judges.

"Happy 20th Birthday DemDem!!!! I love you @ddlovato,” Kim Kardashian said as she posted an Instagram photo of herself and Lovato with juicy lips blowing kisses at the camera.

Former Disney star Miley Cyrus too tweeted her birthday wishes to Demi Lovato.

"@ddlovato happy birthday beautiful," Cyrus said.
"I'm sending you lots if x's not wasting time on o's =] have the best day everrrr xxxx"

One Direction’s Niall Horan sent a Twitter message that may stir further suspicion that the two are in a special relationship.

"@ddlovato happy birthday honey! Have a lovely day! See ya soon,” Horan said.

Lovato and Horan have publicly confirmed that they crushed on each other, though they are just good friends – at least for now.

"I think Niall is super, super sweet and we've become good friends,” Lovato told Seventeen magazine in an interview.
“I get what it's like to be in the spotlight since I've grown up in it. I want to introduce all the One Direction guys to the United States, but especially Niall because he hasn't been here that much. I want to make sure he — or any of them really, I just don't know the other guys as well — has someone to hang out with in the States.”

"He's really sweet and it's always flattering when a guy says he has a crush on you. But, I'm in a place right now where I'm not dating. I've sworn off dating for a long time. You never know what the future holds of course, but for now I am an independent woman and proud of it!" the starlet added.

Lovato’s song “Skyscraper” is nominated for the MTV Video Music Awards for Best Video With a Message.
Asked whether she plans to meet up with Horan at the LA event, Lovato responded,

"Yeah, I would love to! I'm just so busy because I'm still performing shows on the weekends, but hopefully I'll have time."
