Kim Kardashian is one sneaky gal.

The reality star is reportedly spending a romantic getaway with her beau Kanye West in Hawaii right now. Earlier today she tweeted photos of her on the alleged trip.

The photos show a tanned Kardashian wearing a retro floral bikini and a flower in her hair. She uploaded two photos with the captions, "Aloha" and "Me Ke Aloha". However those photos are from a People magazine shoot back in 2009. Even a blog featured the shoot back in '09. See screen capture below.

So why would Kardashian upload old photos in an attempt to show them off as if they were new? What's Kimye hiding from? Could it be to elude the divorce drama? News about a Nordstrom delivered subpoena arriving to West on July 16 surfaced Wednesday. Kardashian's estranged husband, Kris Humphries, is not settling the divorce without a fight.

Humphries believes that West is all part of Kardashian's alleged publicity stunt. The Brooklyn Nets baller claims that Kardashian tricked him into a fake marriage. Kardashian suddenly filed for divorce, unbeknownst to Humphries, just 72 days after their grand television wedding.

Although there are reports of a Kimye sighting in Honolulu, it is still strange that the camera-loving Kardashian would tweet old photos. This wouldn't be the first time the reality star was accused of staging an appearance. In an episode of "Kourtney and Kim Take New York", Kardashian and her "momager" Kris Jenner take a trip to Dubai. During the trip the mother and daughter have a very emotional scene where Kardashian confesses she is unhappy with her husband Humphries. Kardashian filed for divorce on October 31, 2011. However there is proof that the "emotional" scene was filmed December 6^th in LA; photos of a Jenner and Kardashian with a wardrobe crew holding the clothes for the scene leaked on the internet (view them here).
