The best way to serve a fashionisto like Kanye West is through a gift from his favorite store.
Kim Kardashian's estranged husband Kris Humphries isn't going to settle the divorce without a fight. The Brooklyn Nets baller is pulling out all the stops in order to get West's deposition. The elusive rapper has been dodging the former couple's court matters for some time now. Humphries believes that West is part of Kardashian's alleged publicity stunt. The baller claims that Kardashian swindled him into a fake marriage for her E! series ratings and that her new boyfriend is all part of the plan.

Humphries' lawyers thought of the best way to finally serve subpoena papers to West - a Nordstrom box. Through a comical yet clever tactic, the materialistic couple welcomed a strange package all in the name of fashion. The box was delivered to Kardashian's residence.
"Our process server rang the doorbell and amazingly she answered. ...He asked if (West) was present, and she said he was on the telephone," Humphries' lawyer Marshall Waller explained to the judge. "If Mr. West's attorney ever calls us back, we'll be happy to have a talk. But as a practical matter, that hasn't happened. We're jumping through hoops. We'll probably have to serve him in public," the Daily News reports.
The server eventually dropped off the Nordstrom box containing the deposition.
Laura Wasser, Kardashian's attorney, claims that Humphries' legal team is prolonging the divorce in an attempt to "take down reality TV." "To say that I'm frustrated would be an understatement," Wasser said. "I have no idea what their claim is."
Humphries is definitely playing hard ball. Using the very thing Mr. West loves as a weapon against him? Well played Humphries, well played.
Await a Kanye West rap line dedicated to this situation in the near future.
