Tim Tebow flaunts his sexy abs as he goes shirtless for a new GQ photo shoot. Tebow will appear in the magazine's September issue cover.

Tim Tebow has created quite a stir with his new sexy photo shoot for menswear magazine GQ.  The 25-year-old goes shirtless while posing to be Jesus Christ.

In a black and white shot, the backup quarterback for the New York Jets is in a crucifix pose--without the physical cross. The second photo is of a shirtless Tebow in football pants, legs crossed and arms spread wide. All that is missing is an actual cross and a crown of thorns.

In June, Tebow was branded the face of Jockey as he walked the ramp for the brand in its "Hot City Cool Down" fashion show. After the show, Tebow told People Magazine that he was more comfortable on the field than on the runway.

"I did get a little bit nervous about it," he said. "Because I cared how the show would turn out. I wanted it to go well, and I didn't want to let anyone down. I wanted to do a good job."

Talking about Jockey and their style, he tells the magazine, "For me, it's not about walking down the runway in just my underwear. I'm really trying to represent Jockey in the right way. They do things with class, and I want to do the same. I just focus on telling people what I like."

He then went on to talk about how excited he was about the upcoming season where he'll represent the Jets for the first time.

"I'm really excited about it," he said. "I really think the world of my teammates. It's a great fit. If you really love what you do, you never work a day in your life. And I'm blessed to be in this situation. I try to always remember how blessed I am."
