Lady Gaga released her video campaign for debut fragrance "Fame." In predictably un-predictable Gaga fashion, the video includes darkness, creepiness, and of course fashion.

The 34-second clip, directed by Steven Klein, is nothing short of obscurity and creativeness. Gaga's video campaign can be mistaken for a movie promo with her action-flick-y soundtrack and fast camera cuts.

The commercial starts off with a shirtless man who enters Gaga's dark twisted lair. The pop star arises from her pit of black goo armed with a pistol; in the scene she's wearing a black crown so perhaps this is her kingdom. The warped video then shows male prisoners and up-close shots of Gaga's lips. Images from her print ad campaign are also included in the video. Yes, even the ad with the little men climbing all over her mountainous naked body.

The takeaway from this video: Lady Gaga likes black latex, guns, tiny men, dominatrix and obviously the ability to give viewers nightmares. Gaga jam packs her critically acclaimed abstract artistry in a short and not-so-simple clip.

Gaga and her fragrance team boast creating the first ever black liquid perfume which will spray on clear. With so much hype around the fragrance it is easy to wonder if it will live up to all the theatrics. Once planned to smell like blood and semen, Gaga switched gears and went for a more pleasant (humane) scent for her fragrance including notes of honey, apricot nectar, and tiger orchid.

Watch the video below. Will you be trying the "Fame" scent?
