Miley Cyrus is always pushing the envelope when it comes to style. The former Disney star shakes off her good girl image with each pair of short shorts, bare midriff, and low-cutting ensembles she wears.

 The 19-year-old starlet has recently made headlines with her ever-changing hairdo. Since just last month, Cyrus has cropped, dyed, and bleached her hair. This time she makes a major move - cutting all of her hair off. She prepped her fans with a cryptic tweet, "It's happening."

The excited star uploaded several Twitter photos of her new 'do.  The first photo shows her hairstylist attempting to cut off her famous messy high bun.  What happened next was a style transformation for the child star. Cyrus has definitely grown up with this look. She is currently sporting a choppy short cut similar to Agnes Deyn's or Rihanna's famous short cut.

Apparently Cyrus' decision to go bleach blonde was just step 1 of her hairstyle transformation.  Liam Hemsworth's bride-to-be is thrilled over her new look. She wrote, Never felt more me in my whole life," followed by,   "I feel pretty ohhhh so pretty and gayyyy."

But of course with celebrity style changes, comes backlash. Some fans weren't too pleased with Cyrus' edgier look. Too obsessed with her new haircut to be deterred, Cyrus lashed back at her critics saying, "If you don't have something nice to say don't say anything at all. my hair is attached to my head no one else's and it's going bye bye :)"  She followed that tweet with a harsher comeback, "My dad @billyraycyrus used to tell me 'opinions are like a** holes every body has one' LOVE my hair feel so happy, pretty, and free."

Cyrus reminded her fans how long she wanted to cut her hair. She posted a video of an old interview where she said she wanted to have short blonde hair like the legendary model, Twiggy.
