On top of these, Jennifer Lawrence, who has make a name for herself by playing Katniss Everdeen in "The Hunger Games," is making a big return to "Catching Fire," the second part of the bestselling trilogy.

Lawrence and studio Lionsgate are in the final stage of negotiation for her contract, and the actress is expected to earn upwards of $10 million, sources close to the deal told The Hollywood Reporter.

For the first film of "The Hunger Games," which grossed $683.8 million worldwide, Lawrence was paid only $500,000 up front, and some box-office bonuses.

While Lawrence has been signed to act for four films, the producers decided to renegotiate her contract after realizing the importance of Lawrence's central role in the franchise's success.

"The Hunger Games: Catching Fire" is set to open on November 22, 2013.
The production is going to begin in September in Georgia, sources told The Hollywood Reporter.
