Miley Cyrus shows off her super smokin' bod in a Twitter photo of her wearing boyfriend jeans or according to her "Fiancé Jeans".

The ultra-low-rise pants hanging off the slender hips of Cyrus indeed belong to her fiancé Liam Hemsworth. The 19-year-old starlet worked the look with a cropped black-and-white striped tee which bared her tone and tight abs. "My 'Fiance' jeans. but for real though," the engaged teen captioned her picture showcasing her tiny waist.

This picture of Cyrus' fit body may help shut down anorexia rumors. The actress has repeatedly defended herself against critics of her super slim frame. Cyrus credits her svelte body shape to hardcore Pilates sessions and the ever-so-popular gluten-free diet. "For everyone calling me anorexic, I have a gluten and lactose allergy," Cyrus explained back in April. "It's not about weight -- it's about health. Gluten is crap anyway!"

The former Disney star made headlines on Thursday after becoming the target of a 911 prank call known as "swatting." A SWAT team rushed to the starlet's Los Angeles home after receiving a call about a home invasion and a hostage situation.  Cyrus' home was swarmed with heavily armed officers ready to combat - only to discover that no one was home or in danger.  The LAPD declared the case another "swatting" prank, in which phone hackers provoke SWAT teams to bum- rush the homes of innocent people. Cyrus was safe and sound in Philadelphia, where her hubby-to-be is filming "Paranoia."

Cyrus also was in the news for some leaked racy photos she took for Hemsworth. The photos show the young star naked in a tub, showing off some hidden tattoos.
