Katy Perry graced the cover of Elle magazine’s September issue, and opened up about relationships and marriage.

On the cover shoot, the now divorced Perry shows off her envious curves in a baby pink crepe dress from Bottega Veneta with silver sequins embellished around the waist. Her purple hair and smoky makeup accentuate the glamorous look.

In the interview, Perry hinted the possibility of a second marriage.

"I obviously have a lot to say right now...I'm a woman who likes to be courted – strongly. Never say never, I guess you'd say. I’ll let love take the lead on that."

When it comes to her career, Perry is very resolute about her preference.

"I love what I do, and when I don't love what I do, I'll make a change...I can't be the candy queen forever," the pop star said.

On being a role model, Perry said frankly, "I have no regrets...I'm not going to be everything to everyone.”

“I can't tell a person when it's time for them to have sex. Or if they should have a cigarette...But I try to live my life with a lot of integrity, and, hopefully, that sends a message," she added.

Perry had been married to Russell Brand for 14 months. After filing for divorce in January, the documents were finalized just last month, officially marking the restart of Katy Perry’s single life.

Now that she is free to mingle, Perry is enjoying her life to the fullest.

''She's so much happier since she and Russell ended. She's not miserable at all. We're all really happy for her,” said Perry’s close friend and stylist Johnny Wujek told LOOK magazine.

“It was the right decision that the marriage ended. Life's good and her career is killing it. She's a free woman and she can do whatever she wants."

Katy has openly spoken about her outlook on her future love life saying that she still believes in love. Wujek adds on to that fact saying, ''She loves children. We were talking about the future and kids recently. When the time's right, she'll think about becoming a mother.''
