Pippa Middleton has been slammed by Karl Lagerfeld, who declared that he doesn’t like her face.

The 78-year-old German designer, who is known as the creative director for Chanel, slammed the younger sister of Kate Middleton, while praising the Duchess of Cambridge.

"Kate Middleton has a nice silhouette and she is the right girl for that boy,” Lagerfeld said, according to The Sun.
"I like that kind of woman, I like romantic beauties."

On the other hand, "Her sister struggles."

"I don't like her sister's face. She should only show her back," said Lagerfeld, showing acknowledgment only for her killer body.

That’s quite a humiliating thing to say.

"It’s not enough for sibling rivalry that Kate married an actual prince, now Pippa, has to be slammed by the head of a fashion empire for having the wrong face?" BBC America’s Fraser McAlpine commented.

Lagerfeld seems to have great favor toward Kate Middleton, as he was full of praise for the Duchess at the launch of his pop-up beauty boutique in London.

“She knows pretty well what to wear and what to do. She has a divine silhouette so she can wear anything. She has a sense of what’s right for the moment because you cannot dress like a mad woman in those situations,” he said.

Pippa Middleton, the 28-year-old sister of the Duchess of Cambridge, became famous after the 2011 Royal wedding.

Often photographed with Kate, who has become the royal fashion icon of the world, Pippa has also secured her spot as a style icon.

Pippa is not the only woman slammed by the designer. Lagerfeld is notorious for calling Adele “too fat” back in February.

"The thing at the moment is Adele. She is a little too fat, but she has a beautiful face and a divine voice,” Lagerfeld said.

But later the eccentric designer issued an apology to the singer.

"I'd like to say to Adele that I am your biggest admirer. Sometimes when you take a sentence out of the article it changes the meaning of the thought,” Lagerfeld defended his rude comment.

“What I said was in relation to Lana Del Rey and the sentence has since been taken out of context from how it was originally published. I actually prefer Adele, she is my favorite singer and I am a great admirer of her. I lost over 30 kilos over 10 years ago and have kept it off. I know how it feels when the press is mean to you in regards to your appearance. Adele is a beautiful girl. She is the best. And I can't wait for her next CD.”
