Tyra Banks readies yet another cycle of "America's Next Top Model." During her press circuit, Banks revealed some interesting and definitely shocking news. The fashion mogul almost quit the show.

The overly stressed Banks found it hard to cope with her show, forcing her to ponder on the decision of leaving. "I've thought about turning the reigns over," she tells The New York Post.  "I had to be reminded that [the show] is my baby. A few years ago, I was willing to give my baby up for adoption!"

The 38-year-old celebrity is now managing her empire with a better vision thanks to the help of a personal executive coach. "I am learning how to delegate, and how to empower people," she says. "It has decreased my stress more. Now we are going to be producing so much more television."

Apparently, part of her stress may have been the show's longtime judging panel. She cleaned house replacing the show's veterans Nigel Barker, Jay Manuel, and even model coach extraordinaire Miss J (J. Alexander) with brand new faces including Kelly Cutrone, Rob Evans, and fashion blogger Bryan Boy. She's even adding a special judge for the Friday episodes. "We're calling it 'Fierce Friday Foursome,'" she says. "The fourth judge is the home audience, which we've never done before."

The upcoming cycle will be more interactive with the viewers, especially with Bryan Boy being the social media correspondent. Viewers will have the opportunity to vote and see their results. Die-hard "ANTM" fans will also have access to behind-the-scenes clips, stories, and photos.

"I didn't produce more TV because I am so much a mico-manager, hands on. But now, I realize that in order to truly grow, I have to delegate and find amazing people that are better at it than me," said Banks.

Although she now has extra hands on deck, the former model believes one day the show can go on without her actually on it. "We have 24 formats around the globe that don't have me," she says. "So (in this country), I would hope so."

The 19th cycle of "America's Next Top Model" will air Friday August 24 8 p.m. ET.
