Katie Holmes was all smiles as she was spotted enjoying herself and very much at easy during a dinner rendezvous with a mystery man Friday night. After much speculation, the man was found to be none other than her lawyer. We hate to burst the bubble but it wasn't a romantic night out: The 33-year-old actress was dining with attorney Jonathan Wolfe and his wife, Renee, People reported.

Wearing minimal makeup, Holmes glowed in a green maxi dress and black leather jacket for dinner at the superposh NoMad Hotel in the Flatiron District.

Cruise's ex-wife was all smiles as she kissed Wolfe goodnight before climbing into a taxi. Reporters asked her how she enjoyed her night out without Cruise or daughter Suri. "Great, thank you," Holmes said, according to TMZ.com.

Lawyer Jonathan Wolfe is not the first man Holmes has been hanging out with after her divorce. Katie Holmes is said to have found comfort and support in ex-boyfriend and now good friend Chris Klein. Recently divorced Katie Holmes is said to finding support and comfort in former flame Chris Klein. The two were engaged to be married soon when Holmes got together with Tom Cruise instead. However, the friendship between Holmes and Klein didn't burn out as the two have been spending time together of late.

An insider told Heat Magazine, "Chris has been a huge source of support. They've stayed on good terms since they broke up and he's one of Katie's few really solid friends."

"Because of Tom she was really isolated. She only hung out with people who Tom and the [Scientology] Church had pre-approved, so she hardly has any friends," the source revealed.

"Having Chris as a shoulder to cry on, has been a huge help for Katie. It wouldn't surprise anyone if they became more than just friends," the insider added.
