Rihanna's Mediterranean holiday continues.

The "We Found Love" singer wandered the streets of Monte Carlo wearing a flowing blue and white floral maxi dress. The popstar greeted fans and enjoyed a day of shopping and hanging out with friends.

Though she's on a musical hiatus, Rihanna has managed to stay in the headlines thanks to her sexy bikini Twitter photo uploads and her ever-confusing relationship with her ex Chris Brown, who coincidentally showed up in St. Tropez while she was there.

The 24-year-old songstress reminded everyone that she isn't just a swimsuit vixen; she's a fashionista too. She opted for a more conservative look in Monte Carlo wearing the long maxi dress and a pair of gold sandals. The evenly tanned Rihanna looked very low-maintenance wearing her hair in long wavy curls and donning minimal makeup - truly a natural beauty.

Rihanna enjoyed taking pictures with fans and sipping champagne as she shopped in luxury stores. She is currently en route towards Monaco.

Besides the Chris Brown rumors, Rihanna is now rumored to be getting cozy with UK rapper Tinie Tempah. She reportedly invited him on to her private yacht cruise over the weekend. The two were allegedly discussing a possible collaboration before they partied the night away with their entourage. "Rihanna loves Tinie's music and is fond of him as a person too," a source told The Sun this week. "She's very keen to work with him at some point, which was discussed at length over dinner. [...] Obviously eating took up a small part of the night as he joined her crew on yet another wild night," they added. "It won't be one the he will forget in a hurry."
