Carrie Underwood shows off her perfectly toned bikini body as she enjoys a trip to Canada with her husband.

On a trip to Canada, her husband's native land, Carrie Underwood enjoys a day at a cottage near Lake Peterborough. The singer was spotted with her husband in a black bikini with rainbow colored rims. Joined by her hockey player hubby Mike Fisher, 32, and a few pals, the five-time Grammy Award winner enjoyed a Coors Light on deck and later went paddle boarding.

Telling US Weekly how she keeps in perfect shape, Underwood says, "God did not bless me with a J. Lo rear end, or fabulous arms, but my legs are more muscular than the rest of me. I do lunges, I do squats, I run," she explained. "I generally try to take an overall approach to good health."

"I love to work out, but I love to eat, so there's a happy medium going on somewhere in there," she added. "I just try to take care of myself." The American Idol Season 4 champ also drinks plenty of water. "It's all about hydration," she told the weekly. "It's not a secret -- it's just all about good health."

Currently Underwood is gearing up for her performance at the Today Show Summer Concert Series in August. The morning show has planned a full week of outdoor concerts following the 2012 Summer Olympics.  Underwood will perform on NBC's "Today" show on Aug. 15. Soon after her appearance on Today, Underwood will prepare for her third headline arena tour across North America. The "Blown Away" rolls through Tulsa on the 21 November, 2012 at the BOK Center.
