Robert Rodriguez has been surprising everyone with zany casting for 2010's "Machete" sequel, "Machete Kills". Forget about Charlie Sheen and Mel Gibson, the biggest surprise addition to the cast is Lady Gaga. She'll play a character called La Chameleon. The teaser poster shows the bombshell mother monster in sexy tawny yellow lingerie paired with tigh-high stockings. A big white wolf stole wraps around her as she holds a smoking gun. The poster can easily be mistaken for any Gaga tour merchandise.
Robert Rodriguez broke the news when he tweeted "I just finished working with @LadyGaga on @MacheteKills , she kicked SO MUCH ASS! Holy Smokes. Blown away!"
Gaga retweeted Rodriguez and then tweeted, "Yes its true, I will be making my debut as an actress ln the amazing MACHETE KILLS BY @RODRIGUEZ IM SO EXCITED!!! AH! Filming was insane."
The film will also feature the sassy Sofia Vergara and the apparently all-grown-up Alexa Vega.
"Machete Kills" is set to be released in 2013.
