Tom Cruise made his first post-divorce visit to daughter Suri in New York City on Tuesday.

The 50-year-old Hollywood star, who flew overnight from California to NYC, was spotted carrying his 6-year-old daughter in Manhattan on late Tuesday morning, according to Us Weekly.

Until today’s father-daughter reunion, Suri was reportedly in contact with Cruise through video chatting.

“It's all part of the divorce settlement that Tom be allowed to video chat with Suri. Likewise, when Suri is with Tom, Katie can video chat with her,” a source told Radar.

“Tom and Suri have been video chatting and Tom just lights up when her face appears on the computer screen.”

Tuesday marks the first reunion of Tom and Suri after he and Katie Holmes finalized the fastest divorce settlement in Hollywood on July 9, less than two weeks after her divorce filing.

It was June 16 when Cruise, Holmes and Suri were seen together in public, as they dined at Sushi Samba in Reykjavik, Iceland.

The trio "were like all the young families that come in here," an observer told Us Weekly back then.

"It's almost impossible to think they're getting divorced because they seemed very happy that night."

While Cruise was still filming his latest movie “Oblivion” in Iceland, Holmes filed for a divorce. Cruise, as a result, spent a lonely and cold 50th birthday in Iceland on July 3.

Cruise is reportedly “sad but not bitter” about his divorce, sources told TMZ.
