According to the Independent, 34 Restaurant commissioned British artist Jane McAdam Freud to take a mould of Kate’s breast for the glass’ coupe. Kate had previously posed for Freud while pregnant.

The resulting glasses are described as having an "intricate abstract design reminiscent of Art Deco symmetry which, when held at an angle, shows a beautiful curvy shape.” The finishing touch? A “Kate” signature with a small heart on the base, just like on her beauty collaborations with Rimmel London.

Kate will host an event launching the glass in early October, where guests will drink Dom Perignon from the glasses. They will then be sold at 34 Restaurant and its sister establishments, The Club At The Ivy, Daphne’s and Scotts.

Kate issued a statement about the glass, referencing the legend that Marie Antoinette invented the champagne couple by having one modeled on her breasts.

''I was excited to participate in this project - what an honour to be alongside Marie Antoinette - she was a very intriguing and mischievous character… champagne is always associated with celebration and happy occasions and I had fun creating this beautiful coupe,” Kate said.

Would you love to own one of these glasses or do you think this is just too weird? Tell us if you love it or hate it in the poll below!
