The stardom of Taylor Swift seems to be only on the rise. With her new album due this fall, Swift is ready for a bigger game ahead.

"Oh hey! I'm writing you from Nashville, where I just sat in a big room with a lot of people and made a lot of decisions about a lot of things happening very soon," Taylor Swift posted on Facebook Monday.

"And as vague as that sentence was, I think you know what it means. Stuff is about to happen. And I love you more than ever."

Female singers dominated the top 10 list on Forbes.

Justin Bieber was the only male who made into the top 5, earning $55 million, followed by Rihanna, Lady Gaga and Katy Perry.

"We are seeing a convergence of these talented women who know how to work the system," Dorothy Pomerantz, the Los Angeles bureau chief for Forbes, said.

"The things they have in common, obviously they write great hits, are strong personalities. That really helps them from a publicity point of view. They connect with their fans."

In order to form the list, Forbes analyzed album and concert sales, movies earnings, profit participation, advertising work and endorsements between May 2011 and May 2012. Managers, lawyers, agents and other insiders were also consulted, reports Reuters.
